Building Sustainability

From 4th December 2023, the Bosa Hospital is a fully operational reality providing healthcare to more than 400,000 people in the districts of Bosa, Kennedy, Puente Aranda and Fontibón in Bogotá. The project phase lasted 15 months, the construction phase 24 months and the pre-operational phase 3 months. Strict compliance with deadlines, budget and quality was possible thanks to a transformation in the way of thinking, executing and controlling projects. It has been the result of the joint effort of a great team of Colombian and Spanish professionals.

Social Management Plan
High-Impact Project

Infrastructure projects are an opportunity to improve people's quality of life, generate employment, activate local economies and develop strategies for community inclusion and training. The Social Management Plan for the Bosa Hospital was carried out based on a careful analysis of the interests and needs of the community close to the project. This knowledge guided strategies that enabled employability, the strengthening of the social fabric and the improvement of the supply of institutional services in the area. Its social impact is measured not only in terms of access to health, but also in terms of employability, community participation, education and training.
