GRUPO ORTIZ invests in the most important thing for any company –its labour force– through its annual training plans.


The training policies implemented by GRUPO ORTIZ include actions aimed to enhance, improve and provide knowledge, skills and aptitudes to the company's workers so as to improve competitiveness within an ever-more and ever-evolving market. Over 80% of the staff of the group benefits from over 20,000 hours of training in working hours. For this purpose, the following resources are established and made available:


  • Customised training pathways managed directly by the Training Area of the Group, bearing in mind both the need to help our workers improve their skills and the different production areas comprised in GRUPO ORTIZ.
  • Classrooms and training areas available at our headquarters.


In GRUPO ORTIZ, we offer courses on areas related with, among others, the following requirements:


  • Health and Safety at Work. 
  • Quality and Environmental Policies.
  • Technological specialisation of each position in all production areas.
