Plots and land

Grupo Ortiz has 2 million m2 of land of which 73,682 m² are fully developped  in UZP Valdecarros (38,260 m²),  Arroyo Butarque, Barajas, Coslada, Vicálvaro, Burgos, Guadalajara, and Seville.

These land are mainly for residential (51,573 m² in Valdecarros (Madrid), Guadalajara (Guadalajara), Ganapanes (Madrid) and Vallecas (Madrid)) and industrial use (45,661 m² in La Atalayuela and Guadalajara). On a lesser scale, 3,301 m² are for office space in La Atalayuela, 3,726 m² for commercial premises in Guadalajara, and 6,312 m² for educational purposes in Vallecas..

U.Z.P. Plots 01.04 La Atalayuela (Madrid) 

Grupo Ortiz owns 1.7 million m2 in La Atalayuela, considered the new industrial center in La Villa de Vallecas. 24,335 m2 of this total is for industrial land and 3,300 m2 of tertiary land.

U.Z.P. Plots 03.01 Valdecarros (Madrid)

Valdecarros is an urban development project located in Madrid in which development works are under construction. It is located west of Vallecas. It will have houses  and offices, as well as shopping centers, industrial parks and green areas. Grupo Ortiz co-owns 31,000 m2 shared equally with two other owners. 

 

APR 17.08 and A.P.I. 17.04 plots Arroyo Butarque (Madrid)

Pending approval of the Partial Plan in the district of Villaverde (Madrid) this development aims to change the system of expropriation to compensation. Grupo Ortiz owns 92,000 m2 of land of which around 29,772 m2 will be dedicated to residential buildings and 1,472 m2 to commercial development. It will probably be used for low-cost rental housing.

Land in El Casar (Guadalajara) 

Grupo Ortiz  owns developed and licensed land for the construction of 17 single family homes, as well as commercial (2,250 m2) and industrial (17,165 m2) plots. There are also 555,571 m2 which are either under construction or totally undeveloped. 

Other Plots Of Land

In addition to the above, Grupo Ortiz has land which is either undeveloped or under construction in Coslada, Vicálvaro and Barajas (all in Madrid). This represents a total of 539,013 m2 of land. Grupo Ortiz also owns 67.25 hectares of rural land in Villanueva de Gumiel (Burgos) and 109,000 m2 in Carmona (Sevilla).
